Sang Benqian, currently the second-level Distinguished Professor of "Prosperity Engineering" of Ocean University of China, Dean of Law School, Doctoral Supervisor, Doctor of Law. His main research fields are jurisprudence, law economics and criminal legal system. He has taught at Shandong University (Weihai) Law School and Shandong University Law School. In 2005 and 2008, he was promoted to associate professor and professor. Professor Sang Benqian is a well-known scholar in China's legal field and a leader in domestic law and economics research. In 2012, he was awarded the honorary title of the second “Top Ten Outstanding Young and Middle-aged Jurists” in Shandong Province. In 2013, he was included in the “New Century Talent Support Plan” of the Ministry of Education. In 2014, he was awarded the “Outstanding Young and Middle-aged Experts in Shandong Province” Title, and was hired as the legal adviser of the Shandong Provincial Government.
